I’ve come across too many sales managers who have a distinct preference for changing others, and not themselves.

Changing their SRs adds to the SR’s potential both as people and sales team members. Changing others is exciting and fulfilling.

Changing themselves, on the other hand, is like pulling teeth.

As Mahatma Gandhi said, “you must be the change you want to see in the world.”
